Outlook2007 on Vista 64 typing slow

This is weird, after loading Outlook 2007 trial, when I try to type the body of an email, the typing lags, it's slow. Tried defrag, error check, roboot, etc. No cure.

Any ideas why?

Dumb question but, did you install it with "Run as an Administrator" or just regular double clicking on the .exe file?

Of course, I juxy installed it using regular double clicking... was that wrong? now what do I do to fix it? Any ideas?
