Solved Uninstall Britannica 2003

I wish to uninstall Britannica 2003 because it is no longer supported. It will not uninstall. In the attempted uninstall there is a reference to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicrosoftWindows...
Can anyone give me steps to uninstall Britannica 2003. The normal program uninstall/change does not work. I get a message to wait. I left it on all night. It was still waiting in the morning. I have Vista Home Premium on a ASUS P5VD2-VM COMPUTER new last fall. Thanks for any help. GordonHS

Airbot: Thanks for your help. I did download Revo uninstaller and used it successfully remove the Britannica 2003 files first using the "moderate" option and then the more thorough option wich found two additional files to delete. GordonHS
