Media Player window not showing up.

Hello everyone,
It just happened today.
In the past, when I opened the music attachment from an e-mail, the Media Player will also appeared, automatically.
Today, not anymore. Still have sound, but no Media Player window, not unless I opened it manually.
Any reason(s) ? Thank you.

No, I did not. But, how do I check if I did it by mistake or not ? Thank you.

Thak you, the pizzaman. Somehow I did change the default program. I have it back to normal now.
