Unable to delete an .exe file

I have followed the tutorial to add the Take Ownership function to Vista but even with this I am unable to delete this exe. Its left over from when I uninstalled Asus software after a recent change of motherboards.

Is there anyway I can remove this as its generating an error message on startup.

Can you find it in the registry and delete it from there ?

Yeah I went through registery earlier and removed a lot of asus entries.

edit: managed to find some more registery entries and deleted them.

Managed to remove the folder and files by going into safe mode :D
