Automatic Updates STILL not working

My computer is blocking all automatic udates for some reason

I have AVG Free and Ad-aware 2008, neither one of them can automaticly update
I turned off windows firewall, and it still did not work.

Any way to fix this?

Anyone?

I am sort of desperate here.
