Can't install Roxio Creator 10 on Vista Machine

I have tried everything but can not get Roxio Creator 10 to upgrade my Dell Desktop from verison 9 ...

After 3 hours of trying everything ... I am at a lost ...

Aok ( not too OK at the moment ) :cry:

Hi, Aok, and welcome to the forums.

First of all, what version of Vista are you running, and secondly, do you have Roxio 9 that was preinstalled by Dell or did you buy it an install it yourself? Where did you get the Roxio 10 from, their website or Dell's? Finally, was this machine upgraded from XP or was it bought with Vista already installed?
