Vista 32 Microsoft Office 2007

Hi:

I don’t know if I’m in the correct area or not. If not, maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

I have Vista 32 Home Premium operating system. I have Microsoft Office 2007.
When I tried to delete my Junk E-mail folder it tells me it’s full. I know it isn’t so I have been deleting emails individually. How can I fix this problem?

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Disable UAC, reboot and try it. Maybe you don't have rights to delete the folder.

Hi Mike:

Thank you for your response. Not that savvy on computer!

I am the administrator and what is UAC? How do I disable it?

I will try an internal search.

Thank you.

You are using Outlook at home or in an office? Can you open the junk folder, click in it. Use Ctrl-A to select all of them in the junk folder. Hit delete.

Hi Mike:

I am using 2007 Microsoft Office Outlook. Don't know what I did but I just cleared the junk folder. Seems to be back to normal. Maybe I was too hasty in saying your fix did not work. I think you did the trick. I apologize. All is well and Thank you very much.

Another question.

I am backing my files using the Vista program. Do I have to use a new disk everytime I make a copy. Can I keep several disk than start copying over them. One disk should be enough to hold all the infomation in the computer. Am I correct?

Thank you again.

I have 6 sets of backup tapes I rotate by backups through. It is better to have too many backup instead of not enough.
