Need to make myself Domain Controller

Hey, I have been trying to get my Gpmc.msc to work latley. After installing SP1 and all sorts of other stuff I get told i need to be a Domain Controller. So, I try to install my domain services then i get this,

Can sombody please tell me how to install this thing. I dont have a network of linked computers but i need to install this anyway. Any suggestions?

The computer is telling me to be a domain controller to configure gpmc.msc. So i thought lets install it.

Is there another way?

I read it from some security website about user access. I googled Gpmc.msc and it said about it controling a network. So I done Gpmc.msc + Home use and after a while it came up.

Can it not be reconfigured to use at home?

I realised it ment that it was talking about a home network that has a domain and server etc. Sorry, i misread it. Thanks for your help...again.
