Plzzz help me what should I do in this kind of situation? im so desperate now I can't hear my music is there any solution that could solve this problem or any software that I CAN USE that would help me transfer music to my MP4 player????
If you have a copy of Windows XP, or any other older Windows, download http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...02-3199-48a3-afa2-2dc0b40a73b6&displaylang=en and install that OS in the Virtual PC - you'll probably need some help setting it up, so don't hesitate to ask and read around - and then you should be able to transfer files from that older OS using the drivers in there.
However, have you visited the manufacturer's website? You may not need to install drivers at all, assuming this is a USB device...
