program to preview folder contents in vista?

Is there any program that will let me hover over a folder in vista, and then a pop-up would appear with a written description of what is inside that folder? The description would be written by me.

You could try searching the shareware download sites for "Tooltip shell extention" and see what you get. With all the Windows utilities out there
I'd be surprised if there wasn't one that did that.
