Multiple DVD drives in Vista H/P?

I have multiple virtual DVD drives on my HTPC. How am I able to switch between drives? When I mount the drive, it auto-launches in Media Center but have not been able to find the option to play a DVD from a selected drive.

I am thinking it will use which ever is the Master DVD drive. I looked and could not find a way to set this myself. Hmm
