File sharing will not turn on!!

My file sharing will not turn on. I go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center. Network Discovery, File Sharing, Public Folder Sharing, and Printer Sharing will not turn on. I click and turn on but they stay off. Someone please help me!

No. That did not help. I know how to turn sharing on, the problem is the computer will not actually turn it on. Network Discovery, File

Hello Wiiide,

I would suggest performing a clean boot and then try to turn sharing on. In case that dont work, try disabling the security software and check if that help.
