Cannot connect to the internet , DND error

Hello,

Since this morning, i had no trouble connecting to the internet. Suddenly, İ am unable to have connection. My internet access shows to be "local only". When İ diagnose the problem, it says that there may be a problem with my domain name server configuration. İ tried to connect through my iphone's hotspot 3g connection but the problem persists, so İ am assuming that it is not because of my modem. Could you help me resolve this?

Perform steps mentioned below and check if the issue persists.

a: Click on Start and then Control Panel.
b: Go to Networking and sharing center and then click on Change adapter settings.
c: Right click on Local Area Connection and choose properties.
d: Internet Protocol version 4 and click on Properties.
e: Choose Obtain DNS servers address automatically and press Ok.
f: Choose Obtain IP address automatically.

The error message which you have mentioned is it a DNS error?
