Its DONE ~ My Wireless adapter started to work finally.
Let me summerize all this again for future readers.
My problem:
Wireless adapter was not running, hence couldn't connect to internet. This was because of WLan AutoConfig service was not getting started due to one of dependecny service " NDIS Usermode I/O Protocol " was unable to run. Infact one of system file (ndisuio.sys) got corrupted which causes "NDIS Usermode I/O Protocol " not to be run.
Solution:
Solution is only to replace " ndisuio.sys " into its directory " C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ " for ( WIN VISTA / WIN 7 )
Window doesn't allow to change/edit system files *.sys but YES, you can change/replace them.
HOW TO REPLACE SYSTEM FILES:
My system user account was real built in admin account. If you are getting in problem for this, you can enable it from here
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67567-administrator-account.html
ndisuio.sys in your system is BAD/CORRUPTED, you first need to have the GOOD one. which you should take from vista/win7 Window installation CD/DVD. You can get a good copy of your corrupted file from here
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/261616-extract-files-vista-installation-dvd.html
Now you are system administrator & having good copy of your corrupted file, follow these procedure as,
1) Take ownership of " ndisuio.sys " file to edit/delete/replace it. You can do it with the help of this artical.

2) Once you get the ownership of that file, rename the old file with any name and place the new one which you have extracted in above step from Window CD/DVD.
3) Go to device manager & find your wireless adapter entry under "Network adapters", Right click on it and click "
Update Driver Software", it will prompt you a box, select "
Brows my computer for driver software" then select "
Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
It will show you available driver into your current system, select any latest and click Next button.
It will update your driver and meanwhile it will start your "NDIS Usermode I/O Protocol" service. You will see your wireless will start working same time If not, make sure WLan Autoconfig service is running in services.msc entries or START it by yourself.
This is how I solved my problem and hope it will be helpful for others but I can't gaurantee that it will work for you but you may try.
Thanks Yard Dog, Brink and this forum to help me in solving my problem.
