3G Dongle slow speed issue windows vista home premium

hi this is my first time here so id like to apologize in advance if the querry lack technical explaination of the issue i got a ZTE 3G dongle model MF668A it works fine with xp computer but when i install it in windows vista home premium, eventhough it installs and connects with no issues however incredibly slow even the speedtest website doesnt open

it seems something is blocking the connection....

also there is a mircroSD slot inbuit in the dongle which reads a 1GB card on xp however vista is not detecting the same.....


please help how can i resolve this problem....???

Welcome PopPoPpoP, I have searched for a result that works but am unable to find one. Without any details of your Motherboard and hardware using, i can only assume that somehow a firmware program is not working as it should. Post details of your computer using for a better chance of me finding out what is wrong. Thanks for using this forum for your connection issues.
