Hi
Try the following:
-right click on your bluetooth icon at your task bar/notification icons.
-from menu that appears, select 'join PAN', and dialog box that appears select add and let the wizard connect to your phone and installing drivers.
-peripheral devices driver will be missing but this shouldn't block your internet connection.
-after you've added your device follow step one above and select your phone from that list and click 'connect'
