Hello all,
I hope this is the right forum for this.
That said, I am running Vista with a wireless interner connection.
When I check my "Wi-Fi Intrusion Detection" (Trend Micro PC-cillin), I see multiple unknown computers connected to my computer.
The "status" in unknown, but IP addresses are listed.
Looking up the IP addresses, some are within a few hours of my home, while others are over six hours away!
Now, when I check my "network" from the start menu, and then check "network and sharing center", I only see:
My computer---Network---Internet.
I do not see multiple computers here.
I have file sharing turned off.
I use the wireless internet for online gaming; maybe this why I see so many IP addresses on the "Wi-Fi Intrusion Detection"?
I use a WPA 26 Hex character password for the router.
Thanks in advance!
