Signal strenght exellent, yet im not Able to use the internet

Hi,

ive got a Dell studio 1555 running 64bit, for Some reason when ever i connect to a router watever make or model my computer Will connect to it but only with Limited access,

Ive tried everything from rebooting the wireless adapter in my laptop, reseting the router, diagnose and repair and and à whole other bunch, i just cant get it working,
Can anyone help me? Thanks in Advance

If you are in an Administrators account press Windows key and R
Type CMD press enter in the box that opens type ipconfig /all and press enter. It will give you detailed information on all your settings.
To see a list of commands type ipconfig /?

Did you correctly put in the WEP or WPA Keys?

I finbd Vista shows a connected symbol, but really hasn't been allowed on the router, unlike XP which wouldn't connect at all.
