Help identify network address in resource monitor.

When I open resource monitor I notice that under the network section there's an address listed as 'Kirsten' or 'Rachel' not an IP address.

What does this mean, can somebody please explain?

It looks like Nim-PC is another pc on your network that is connected to your pc. What is the computer name of your pc?
