Solved Qos Bandwidth limiter

I ran the registry file to disable the 20% bandwidth limiters reserve and did a reboot. When I ran a speedtest from speedtest.net it was only 291kbps download and less on the upload. What did I do wrong?

sorry it was some settings in Firefox About:config to disable the QoS Bandwidth Limiter not a registry change
