blue screen after watching youtube video

hi, first sorry for my poor english.

I have a problem since 3 days, each time i play a youtube/daylimotion video my computer crash and give me a blue screen. I tryed to install again flash thinking it was the problem but nothing changed. recently i only installed a webcam.

the minidump file in the post (hope i succed to do this :) )
