I have a D-Link G510 running vista x64 drivers available from the australian d-link website.
I had a few problems with it before where it would freeze when i was using bit torrent or playing online games. However i've just switched internet provider and so got a new router, the freezing problems have all gone which is nice but my download speeds are now worse than before despite an upgrade from 8mb to 20mb.
This is a speed test using the wireless card 1 floor up from the router (excellent signal strength)
(my isp is actually O2)
If i connect my pc to my laptop via ethernet and use the laptop and its inbuilt wireless as a network bridge i can reach 15 - 17 mbps as can all the other computers in my house.
Any idea whats going on here?
