Ok i got a gateway laptop last year and it has always worked fine, it came with windows vista home premium. Well recently I got a new router becuase the other one broke. I got a nice 60$ linksys router.
I set the router up on my desktop (xp os) and everything worked fine. Well everything worked fine for 2 days. Now my laptop only gets a local only connection to the netwrok, even if i plug it in directly.
My roomates mac and xp laptop work fine wirelessly and mine worked for 2days.
I have searched the internet and tried turning off the Ivop 6 or whatever it is.
i thought i had it figured out when i tried this

but still nothing. I need this to work becuz it is my work laptop I travel with and i need the internet. Anything suggestions? I have also uninstalled norton but still no luck.
