Remove Internet Explorer 8

Dear Friends!
I am trying to remove Internet Explorer 8 from my Vista Lap Top.It is impossible because it is asking for permission. What can I do????Many thanks in advance!:confused::confused::confused:

what sort of permission ? i think you have to create a new Admin account in Vista and try removing IE8 by logging into that account
