Hi there,
Can someone tell me why Windows Explorer is so darn slow copying exe files from a network drive. Using a command prompt it only takes about a second, but it takes close to forever and a half when I use Windows Explorer.
I should mention that this only happens to .exe files, other files copy fast. I found this to happen on 3 different machines. It does not seem to be a firewall, ant-spyware or anti-virus issue, but who knows...
Thanks,
