Okay my Internet Provider ATT says I get 1500 mega bytes per second....and like 350 mega bytes per second.

It all depends on how close you are to the server for downloading and what your ping is to the server. I have 10MB download speed but using a wireless network I only get 1.5MB/s sometimes.
