Isatap code 10 error

i am not able to connect to any of my wireless connections on my laptop (hp dv9000) so i went to device manager and i have a yellow caution sign on isatap.{167B49F-10D1-4D57-BFDF-951E1EED7B46}. if anyone knows how tro fix this problem please tell me.

try reinstalling your adaptor and see if you still get the code 10.

how can reinstall it becasue when i goto uninstall it nothin happens and all it does is refresh the device manager list and the isatap error is still there

If you have a wireless usb device or card you need to reinstall the drivers for that.
