Wireless connection to public & private networks

We have employees that need to connect to our private/secure wireless lan that uses static ip's (long explanation) and public lan's that use DHCP. Is there a way to handle this without having to change the network properties every time they come into or leave the office?

when they connect to any wireless network for the first time vista should ask them if they want that connection to be public or private, they should choose private for the office network if it is secure and they wish to file share. For public wireless networks, where the purpose is to use the internet with file sharing disabled they should choose public.

You can set alternate configuration on network adapter to make it works..
