You Tube and Yahoo news download speed

I am a Brit expat living in China and recently bought a new ASUS with Vista Basic, but watching you tube is no different to my old IBM with XP. Is there anything I can do to speed up the China?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Im guessing your internet is just really really slow. Thats all i can think of sorry i couldnt be of more help.
