Have no internet connection either wired or wireless.
Other computers on network have no issues with connection.
When I go to connection icon in taskbar I see the following:
connection status: Unknown
The dependency sevice or group failed to start
When I check the services I see that the DHCP Client is listed as starting, but it never actually starts.
When I attempt to check the logs in Admin tools they won't open either.
I saw in another thread in this forum that some people have solved this with sfc /scannow but when I try that I get "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations".
Any other suggestions....???
