ADSL Modem Recommendations

Just moved to ultimate x64.
My Voyager 105 USB now defunct

Any advice on good replacement?
Do I need to go ethernet?
Don't really need wireless?

Any advice appreciated

D-Link is good i use DSL0322t model and it works really good.
