I'm hoping you smart people in this forum can help me. I just bought a Pavilion with Vista premium home edition. The problem that I am having is that every time I try to get info from help and support I get a box that pops up and it says "microsoft (r) windows based script host has stopped working" I can never get further than that message. Also when HP wants to do updates it says that I must be connected to the internet and I am connected thru DSL. I don't know why it doesn't think I'm connected.
