Vista - ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB Graphics Card/Driver Troubleshooting stretched out

When I use HDMI the display is huge ( lots of space with timy icons), and the only other option it gives me is the opposite. i need HDMI because some Blu-Ray movies won't let me watch them unless it is connected using HDMI. I have no idea what to do, any help is appreciated.


P.S. Even these letters are tiny and distort because of it.
