DPI Scaling not working?

New Member
Anyone seen or had there text size all of a sudden become huge in various programs? For example see screen shots, i have tried making DPI scale 100% but its already this low. Only in windows and java based programs is the text affected.

I am administrator, and have rebooted several times.

Any other options i have no idea about?

Hi Richc46,

I have been playing with screen Resolution to no avail. Is it weird that the text is buggered in windows settings screens and the likes, but like Microsoft outlook, Firefox, Games etc are still working fine?

Also im unsure what software to use for malwarebytes. any suggestions? I am running AVG, and from time to time use lavasoft Adaware for some diagnostics help, then usually use google to actually remove the problem.

After this problem is solved, used Malwarebytes once a week as maintenance.
Malwarebytes
Microsoft Security Essentials is good Anti Virus Software. You can use both together.
The free version of MB is used as a weekly scanner.

When in IE, at the bottom of the screen, near the clock. Change the zoom percentage. Mine is set at 140%; but that preference varies by user.
