My Monitor says input number out of range

everytime i turn my computer on now it loads fine until it gets to the password screen, then the screen goes black and my monitor say input out of range. i try to change my resolution in safe mode and in low res mode by pressing f8. but everytime i restart and try to boot in normal mode it just wont save the resolution settings. can anyone help?

Hi,

Boot into safe mode & remove the device.

When you reboot it will re-install in a working mode. All you have top do then is set the resolution to something that works, test & keep the settings.

Hi,

Connect it to another PC with a known working resolution, this will reset the refresh & resolution to something that is known to work.
