need help with widescreen

this is completely normal, only a handful of websites support widescreen formats, there are a couple of ways you can overcome this, resize the window (to fit website size) or change resolution to a 4:3 or 5:4 format (for some people, this is not a viable option), vista and seven forums both support widescreen formats and have themes at the bottom of the page to reflect this, sorry but its something you probably didnt want to hear, you're going to have to live with it until websites support widescreen.

i would agree and not worry about the resolution if that is how my computer had always been. for example, the espn website used to fill my entire screen. now it seems that it centers it or turns it into a 4:3 ratio. this also only happened when i reformatted the computer. before all the websites looked completely fine.
