Hey i need help on disabling my onboard GPU as I just installed my 5750 and Im still getting lags

The onboard video should disable itself,
I would check the settings of the games to see if you can tweak to get a few more FPS...

Not always though.
You can usually disable the Onboard GPU by going into your System BIOS by pressing F8, Delete, or the button that is specified when your computer POSTs and finding an option for the primary video controller.
