I just got a laptop with an 512 MB Radeon HD 3410 graphics card in it. How well does this work on some older games. Like Assassins Creed, Left 4 Dead, Halo Stuff. I don't need to know if it wont work on newer games...just some older ones.

Native resolution is 1280x800, with an Athlon Neo processor, and 4GB RAM

Not personally no, but I suspect you will need to dial down most, if not all settings depending on the game to achieve any sort of 'playability'.

Even then, the CPU is pretty weak, so as far as games go - you will struggle.

I have been able to play "the Experiment" and "Dark Horizon" in nearly full detail. I have also test Sims 3: World Adventures and it is also great on the good details. Wouldnt the graphics card help me pull through some games even tho the cpu is slightly lacking?

The CPU runs vista great and havent had any problems with multitasking. I have SolidWorks 2009 installed and I can generate models almost as good as my old Turion X2 @2.1 GHz.

Thanks for the reply but it doesnt really explain if it can play games. It doesnt explain that in detail. It only says it can play less demanding pc games...but what kind of games are these?
