Hi there,
One of my graphic cards show in my specs went out.
I believe the other one is possibly on its way too. I like to keep my unit for while.
I would like to hear some suggestions on a best value card that will perform at least a little better then my old SLi. I don't need to spend a load to get one just comes out the market for my old rig.
Please keep in mind that a possible cpu upgrade to such as a Q9550 in the future; may be even another card for SLi when it became dirt cheap.
I appreciate any suggestions and pointers.
How about a GTX 260 such as:
Newegg.com - ECS Black Series NBGTX260-896MX-F GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (Over Clock Version) - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
Newegg.com - EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
Hope some one else will jump in and give suggestions.
How about some one tells me what is different between the two?
Thanks myself for the suggestion!
D:D
Can I give myself rep points?
Happy holiday everyone!!!!
Someone suggested me from other forum the 4890 and the 5850 that will out perform the 260 with the 4890 costs less. How about that? :D
For anyone who is interested in the result of my inquiry, I have just ordered the following for $311 shipped. Thanks and have a nice day.
