Ok, so just to stay on topic, I decided to move this here.(Was in Exp. rating) I have deleted all ati drivers, including CC(which apparently you WILL install),regardless. ran driver sweeper. reinstalled ati 9.11, and that stupid index will not break 3.9! So that tells me that I'm obviously not getting the most from the card. (Radeon HD 4350 1GB DDR2) Not that I feel I need to justify my machine by that rating or anything.....nothing like that...
Seriously though, how can I put it through its paces and test it to see if its "all it can be"?
