When i start my computer my graphics card starts out like hot but not really hot when i start playing games is it because my fan has a lot of dirt in it and its heating up my computer or do i need a water cooler that bad?

clean out your system. also you might want to get some more fans in your system.
Yes most graphics cards run bloody hot especially when running games

Fans might help, How is your current setup with cooling? You should also clean out your computer for sure.

I dont think i can fit another fan inside it only fits one or i can upgrade to a better fan to bigger size but i dont think it will fit ethier because the stock one i got right now is pretty much sitting on the ground heres a pic

Heres a pic of the whole inside as u can see i cant fit any more fans

It lowered it by a couple degress because i cleaned it out now so yea helped out a little

you can always fit more fans. buy a fan, mark it on the side of your case where the screws will go and the outline of the fan, and cut through the case with a diamond saw or something, DIY or you could buy a new case (or even better buy a new pc - i guarantee you can buy one better than that for $300 - that's how much it cost to set up my mailserver for work)

you also still have so many outputs from your psu, enough for many fans. just wack em inbetween your graphics card and the other PCI expansion card

Not buying a new pc,
paid $995 for mine thank you very much
but if i do fit in another fan where am i going to plug it in to the motherboard

you dont have to plug it into the motherboard, get one that will plug into the PSU, and if you paid $995 for that within the last year, you were ripped off by alot of money.

PSU is power supply. The big square power unit inside the computer. This has a fan also. Do you have an exhaust fan out the back of the computer case. Also, why are you worried about heat on the video card? Cards to run hot especially when gaming. If the card is within the specs for heat no need to worry.

To the right of this fan in the case...there is another place for a fan. You can put a fan input here power it right off the PSU. Fans can be had for about 10 bucks.

You can connect more fans to these outputs from the PSU, but I dont think you need more fans unless you are overclocking. just clean out your case. handheld air compressor $2. Peace of mind priceless. zoom into the image and then see the red boxes
