x64 Home Premium - freezing & glitching

My computer screen starts to glitch and almost always freezes now upon playing a game or viewing a photo. I have no idea what the problem is. Driver is updated to the latest version. I am running anti-virus with no sign of any viruses, malware, spyware, etc.

Please help me. I don't know what to do. I just want this to go back to normal. I'm sick of seeing pixelated glitches, screen glitches, blue, shutdowns, and windows error messages.

i am having Hp 2701tx model the same vista home premium installed in it , the exact problem occured in it ... please help me ...now ur laptop working perfectly???

Yes I got one blue screen of death the other times the screen, system, applications, and cursor froze. The only way to do anything would be to manually turn off my computer.
