I have been continually getting these two errors with the same time stamp in event viewer followed by a blue screen. I have tried reinstalling the OS, different drivers for video and just bought a new grfx card (9800GTX). nothing has worked, does anyone know anything about this problem?
The most recent BCCode was 0x00000109
I have a new grfx card, new RAM (Kingston HyperX), and new PSU (OCZ 600W)
The rest of my hardware is a couple years old but no reason why it would be failing

Windows Logs> Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
Windows Logs> Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid. The file could be corrupt due to unauthorized modification or the invalid hash could indicate a potential disk device error.
