intergrated graphics update

I have an HP w/integrated graphics. NVIDIA GeForce 6150se nForce 430. I was checking my vista updates and there was this optional update for the above named graphics. Has any body else had the optional update and what does it do? I have done some googleing but can find specifics. Any info would be apperecieated.

It sounds like a simple graphics driver update
There will be simple fixes for bugs that have been found and a possible speed and performance enhancement
Its not a necessity however can be an advantage

I was thinking along the same lines as that but was not sure. I went ahead and to the optional update. All seems to be fine. Thanks.
