Ah. Now we're getting somewhere, though I'm not quite sure where.
All of my keyboard and mouse drivers show that they are digitally signed. Your Eclipse is not. That will cause problems in the 64-bit system, unless you disabled UAC to install it.
Something else I'm seeing is that your USB Gaming Mouse is under USB Controllers, as is your keyboard. On my system, both of these are under their own spots (Keyboards and Mice and other pointing devices, respectively). This suggests even more a detection issue.
It's definitely not using the right drivers. The keyboard driver listed is the same one I have listed for a USB composite device (not currently hooked up). This is a highly generic driver.
If you've got other devices attached that will work, it may be worthwhile to try using the "Update Driver" button in there, and maybe to uninstall the existing drivers (I'd like to avoid that, though).
As I said, there's something about this that seems a little funny. I'm half tempted to recommend a complete uninstall and reinstall of the keyboard and mouse software and do it again, in case those flubbed.
As always, I'd recommend doing one at a time. I've only got the mouse here, so it'll be easiest for me to compare notes there. Here's the driver I'm using successfully:
