Monitor Hardware Temperature of PC components inside Windows Vista

I am using dual core System with windows vista, generally it is used for games in home by my little brother. How do i monitor hardware temperature inside windows vista, i noticed the fans produces more noise then before and it restarts once in day.

My current tool of choice is HW monitor available in 32 or 64 bit

HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download

and it's free only issue is that it sometimes suggests you update to latest version at startup even when you are up to date

Thanks for giving me suggestion i will try this application hope it works for me, no problem for me I will check once in while for updates
