Cannot Rename Files created after and including 20th March

I just tried to Rename a file I created on 21st March (I left out a digit) and it will not Rename it showing a widow which says, "You need Permission to perform this action."
There are only 3 files created on March 21st.
One file contains another file and it contains the third file.
There are no files created after this date.
I cannot Rename any of them.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

I can Rename thousands of other files but not these 3!!!

The permissions seem to be the same for the previous file created a day or so earlier (see attached files).
