putting shortcuts to progs on taskbar..

how do I put shortcuts to programs on taskbar?

for example Word.. it's the Start menu, but when I right-click on it there's no possibility of creating shortcut to it, or pinning it to the taskbar... when I go to c/program files/ I can't find the icon for MS Word under MS Office...

oh.. never mind, I found it.. it was under.... oh never mind, everything is in German, that's confused me I guess (am helping my mother out.. her computer is in German..)
