Error 1935 Please Help ?

I Have Vista Home edition 32 bit and I am trying to re installed on disc office 2007
and i keep getting a error message Error 1935. An error has occurred during the installation of assembly component {97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} HRESULT: 0x800736B5
Can you Please help? as I cant sent my Cv out in word format !

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
To add to my earlier post, trouble has been reported to be fixed by doing the following
Download the program you wish to install
Disconnect from the internet and turn off your Anti-virus
Install program
Turn on Anti-virus
Reconnect to the internet
