Solved Use Account Control and Account Password bug.

I caught the UAC & Account Password glitch which causes the keyboard to not work. The glitch was caused by disabling UAC after both had been enabled, then restarting. I can't see a keyboard in device manager, tried many keyboards. I rather not restore my pc, o what should I do?

I just restored my PC to factory default. If I recall right, this was a known bug and a Windows update fixed it.
